What was your favorite food when you were a child?

Definitely grilled cheese sandwiches. I still enjoy them from time to time, even in restaurants.

What’s your favorite activity?

Singing or just hanging out with my cats. Crazy cat lady in the making here.

What do you absolutely hate doing?

Spending significant amounts of money on unexpected expenses… Car repair, medical/dental procedures, vet bills, etc.

What is your favorite form of exercise?

Swimming! I don’t do it as often as I’d like though.

What smell you love?

Gardenia, lavender & vanilla

If you could be any fictional character, who would you choose?

I would totally be an airship pirate. Steampunk ftw! Or perhaps a member of the FBI’s Behavioral Analysis Unit like Penelope.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

I’d love to be a criminal profiler.

What would you name the autobiography of your life?

I Couldn’t Make This Up If I Tried!

What was the last movie, TV show or book that made you cry or tear up?

I got a little teary recently when I was watching Chicago Fire and the fire house saluted a funeral procession of a neighborhood kid that wanted to be a fire fighter. Les Misérables (any musical version of it) also makes me emotional… pretty much every time.

What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever done?

Walking away from someone I loved with all of my being because I could not fix them & they were pulling me down with them.

What was the last experience that made you a stronger person?

Losing a few friends for what were unclear reasons at the time… and just letting it be rather than once again trying to fight for friendships that the other person didn’t seem to cherish anymore. I have a hard time with losing touch with people who I was really close to at one point in my life. But it’s their loss, right?

When was the last time you were nervous?

That would be when I went to check out a women’s chorus group that I wanted to possibly be a part of. Instead of watching I ended up being tested for vocal range and placed on the risers to sing with them during rehearsal.
