What was your favorite food when you were a child?

Butter bowtie pasta and ketchup. Weird, but seriously, try it.

What’s your favorite activity?

Thrifting, concerts, and collecting vinyls.

What do you absolutely hate doing?

To be honest…cleaning the house. I am a decently clean person, I just hate cleaning!

What is your favorite form of exercise?

Running around in my high heels. Isn’t looking fabulous a good enough workout?

What is your favorite day of the year?

Halloween! I love creepy crawly things, bloody messes, spooks, haunts, and everyone dressing up.

What’s your least favorite mode of transportation?

METRO Bus. I hate when people sit next to me.

What smell do you love?

Dita Von Teese’s Eau de Parfum (Her original scent of perfume, for the ones who don’t understand Fancy French)

If you could witness any event past, present or future, what would it be?

Being at a Led Zeppelin concert. I’d KILL to go back in time to experience my favorite band.

If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would you meet?

This will be cliche, but Bettie Page. She embraced herself, and wasn’t ashamed of it either. She was a beautiful soul, with ruby lips, legs for miles, and hair as black as the night. She’ll forever be an inspiration to me.

If you were a drink, what would it be?

My favorite one, Sailor Jerry with REAL cherry cola.

If you could be any fictional character, who would you choose?

Morticia Addams. So classy, so beautiful,

Which celebrity do you get mistaken for?

Dita Von Teese! I always want to power-squeeze people when they tell me!! Or I get told “the daughter from Last Man Standing”…

What do you want to be when you grow up?

A registered nurse with a BSN in pediatrics.

What would you name the autobiography of your life?

The Mix-Media Artwork That Never Ends

What songs are included on the soundtrack to your life?

I have a whole playlist named “Songs That Make Me Think Of You”. It consists of songs that make me reminisce of moments with people who have came and gone in my life, and moments that I simply cannot erase from my mind. ALL of those are the soundtrack to my life, that keeps growing.

Have you ever had something happen to you that you thought was bad but it turned out to be for the best?

My parents divorce. I was very young when this occurred, so I didn’t understand much. Over time, divorce was a harsh subject, but after all of the bad occurrences (moving, new school, custody battle, lack of visitation), everything got better, making my mother stronger than ever. I’m actually happy this happened, because I had NOTHING, and now I have everything. Without that, I wouldn’t have my best friend, my outlook on life, or be here typing this for the Betties!

What was one of the best parties you’ve ever been to?

Oh man, I’ve been to some pretty amazing parties, but not the best one, yet.

What was the last movie, TV show or book that made you cry or tear up?

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I can relate to it way too much.

What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever done?

Having to put my first Scottish Terrier, Caley, down. Poor baby was 14 and had uterine cancer that spread. She was let loose into the Dog Park In The Sky the day after my 15th birthday.

What was the last experience that made you a stronger person?

My last relationship. By breaking it off with him after two years, I became a stronger woman. He kept me stuck in a rut with insecurity, jealousy, anger, and constant disrespect. I was a fool to try to convince myself he would change. So, I couldn’t take it anymore and left him. It took a lot of guts to do so, and stay that way instead of running back.

What did you do growing up that got you into trouble?

I used to forge my mother’s signature on my behavior cards when I was in 4th or 5th grade. I look back at that and just laugh 🙂

What is your first memory of being really excited?

My first memory of being excited was for Anastasia on ice. That was my FAVORITE childhood movie, and seeing it on ice was ever better. I still have the program book somewhere in my closet.

When was the last time you were nervous?

I’ve had a lot of nervous moments, but I’ve always put on my Russian Red smile and push through all the apprehension!
